Job summary

CRH Americas Materials Inc. in Atlanta is seeking an experienced SAP Manager to own the Procure to Pay (P2P) landscape, spanning Purchasing, Goods Receipt, and Invoice Processing. You will partner with Procurement, Finance, and Operations leaders to design, implement, and govern scalable P2P processes.

The role leads a team of SAP P2P professionals, driving enhancements, integration with Ariba and other supplier networks, and continuous improvement across the procure-to-pay value chain.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Accounting, Finance, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.
• 15+ years of overall SAP experience, with 5+ years in a managerial or team lead capacity.
• Strong hands-on functional experience in SAP Materials Management (MM).
• Experience integrating SAP with sourcing/supplier platforms (e.g., SAP Ariba) and banking/tax systems.
• Experience building and maintaining P2P KPI reporting and dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end SAP P2P purchasing process, including PR/PO for direct and indirect procurement.
• Lead SAP MM optimization, including GR/IR and Logistics Invoice Verification.
• Drive integration between SAP and supplier platforms, EDI networks, banking, and tax engines.
• Manage a team of SAP P2P analysts, mentor staff, and report to senior leadership.
• Drive process improvements, governance, and KPI reporting across the P2P value chain.
