CRH Americas Materials Inc. seeks an experienced SAP Manager for the Construction Accounting workstream to lead SAP PS design, governance, and integration across project costing and bid-to-project workflows.

This role aligns Construction Operations, Estimating, Project Management, and Finance to ensure accurate job costing and robust financial controls. The position requires 10+ years in SAP with 5+ years in a managerial capacity, strong integration experience with Bid2Win, and a track record of

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Construction IT or equivalent.
10+ years SAP experience with 5+ years in a leadership role.
Hands-on SAP PS experience including WBS, networks, milestones and budgeting.
Experience integrating SAP PS with Bid2Win and other project tools.
Strong stakeholder management and governance abilities.

Responsibilities

Lead design, governance, and optimization of SAP Construction Accounting and PS.
Drive integration between SAP PS and Bid2Win, PM, Estimating, and FI/CO.
Define KPIs, governance forums, and standard project structures.
Mentor a team of SAP functional analysts and manage vendor relationships.
Ensure cost control, forecasting accuracy, and financial controls across projects.
