Komatsu is seeking a Lead SAP Business Analyst - OTC to join our corporate IT team. This on-site role can be based at Milwaukee, WI or Chicago, IL. Fully remote or alternative locations are not available.

You will lead OTC processes, coordinate global SAP S/4HANA implementations, and translate business requirements into detailed specs. Expect collaboration with AMS staff, vendor partners, and key users to drive successful deployments.

Qualificações

• Minimum 8+ years of SAP experience focusing on Order-to-Cash or service management
• Hands-on SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA configuration and implementation experience
• Experience with SAP integration points between sales, finance and logistics

Responsabilidades

• Lead OTC process discussions for complex SAP projects and package rollouts
• Coordinate global deployments and value opportunities within Quote-to-Cash processes
• Translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications and test plans
• Provide training and support to key users and end users
