EY in the United States seeks a Senior Manager in our Technology practice to drive SAP OTC engagements, translating business requirements into technical specifications and delivering scalable SAP solutions across Supply Chain and Finance.

You will lead large teams, manage budgets, and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure quality, risk management, and client value. EY offers a hybrid work model and comprehensive rewards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 8+ years SAP OTC experience; SD in S/4HANA/ECC.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Ability to lead client relationships and teams.
• Willing to travel 40-60%.
• Master’s degree and SAP certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead large‑scale SAP client engagements or work streams (OTC).
• Oversee program/project management and engagement economics.
• Develop resource plans and budgets for complex engagements.
• Demonstrate deep technical capabilities and business acumen in OTC and related domains.
• Coordinate with cross‑functional teams to deliver holistic SAP solutions.
• Lead client workshops and collect user stories; build client relationships.
• Mentor junior consultants and foster an inclusive environment.
• Generate new business opportunities and expand client relationships.
