Job summary

ATEC Spine, Inc. seeks a Senior Business Systems Analyst to own and optimize end-to-end OTC in SAP S/4HANA, including order management, pricing, delivery, billing and returns.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 5 years experience in SAP business systems, including SAP S/4HANA and OTC experience.
• Hands-on SAP configuration, production support, and OTC ownership.
• Experience defining and supporting sales and inventory interfaces with external applications.
• Strong analytical, communication, documentation, and testing skills.
• Experience integrating SAP with medical software or healthcare workflows preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end OTC process in SAP S/4HANA from order to billing and returns.
• Configure and maintain master data, pricing, schedules, and copy controls.
• Analyze and resolve OTC issues affecting pricing, order entry, and invoicing.
• Define requirements for sales and inventory interfaces and data mapping.
• Coordinate with ABAP/integration teams on SAP Interfaces and CPI.
• Lead or support testing, defect resolution, and cutover activities.
• Collaborate with Finance, Supply Chain, and Customer Service to ensure accurate postings.
