Job summary

Alphatec Spine, Inc. is seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst to own and optimize the end-to-end OTC process within SAP S/4HANA. You will configure pricing, delivery, and billing, while ensuring seamless integration with Finance and Inventory systems.

The role requires hands-on SAP configuration, strong business analysis, and collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver complex enhancements and production support.

Qualifications

• Hands-on SAP S/4HANA configuration and troubleshooting.
• Experience supporting end-to-end OTC processes including pricing, order entry, delivery, billing, and returns.
• Ability to translate business requirements into functional specifications.
• Strong collaboration across Finance, Supply Chain, and IT teams.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end OTC in SAP S/4HANA from order creation to billing.
• Configure master data, pricing conditions, and copy control for accurate orders.
• Resolve OTC issues, monitor data mapping, and ensure reconciliations.
• Lead requirements for sales/inventory interfaces and testing activities.
• Coordinate with ABAP/integration teams on interfaces and data exchanges.
• Assist with SAP releases, training, and post-go-live support.
