Job summary

Alphatec Spine is seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst in Carlsbad, CA to own and optimize the SAP S/4HANA OTC landscape, covering order management, pricing, delivery, billing, and returns.

You will partner with Finance, Supply Chain, and IT to translate business requirements into robust system solutions, lead configurations, and support production and cutover activities in a regulated medical devices environment.

Qualifications

• At least three years of hands-on SAP experience, S/4HANA configuration, and OTC ownership.
• Strong ability to translate requirements into functional specs and coordinate with tech teams.
• Experience in medical devices or regulated environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end OTC configuration from order to billing and AR integration.
• Configure master data, pricing conditions, and copy control for accurate processing.
• Analyze and resolve OTC issues and drive sustainable fixes.
• Collaborate with Finance, Supply Chain, and IT for interface design and testing.
• Lead or support testing and cutover activities.
