Job summary

G-3 Chickadee in Houston is seeking an SAP Analyst - OTC to support the ECC to SAP S/4HANA transformation for a newly divested organization. The role covers order-to-cash processes, pricing, billing, credit management, and customer master data.

You will work with business SMEs, IT architects, and system integrators to ensure S/4HANA configurations meet operational needs, participate in blueprint/design, build, testing, cutover, and hyper care.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of SAP functional experience with SAP SD and end-to-end OTC in S/4HANA environments.
• Experience with at least one full-cycle SAP S/4HANA implementation or ECC-to-S/4HANA conversion.
• Configuring SAP SD pricing procedures, output determination, billing types, and credit management; familiarity with cross-module integration.
• Experience with Elemica and EDI integrations with customers and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Partner with cross-functional teams to design end-to-end OTC solutions.
• Execute and coordinate SIT/UAT for OTC scenarios.
• Support data migration for customer master, pricing conditions, and billing data; validate data quality before cutover.
• Deliver end-user training and hypercare support post go-live.
• Coordinate with vendors and customers for integration using EDI channels.
