Job summary

EY is seeking a Manager in Technology Analysis to lead SAP Order-to-Cash initiatives, interacting with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical specifications and ensuring solutions meet requirements.

You will manage delivery, guide teams, and collaborate across SAP modules to design, configure, and support end-to-end OTC processes, including pricing, ATP, delivery, and billing. A hybrid work model is available with travel up to 60%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 4–6 years in SAP Order-to-Cash (OTC) with hands-on configuration and design.
• Proven experience leading SAP workstreams or small project teams through full lifecycle.
• Strong functional knowledge of SAP S/4HANA OTC processes: order management, pricing, ATP, delivery, billing.
• Experience facilitating client workshops, gathering requirements, translating them into SAP solutions.
• Strong communication, reporting, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Willingness to travel 40–60%.

Responsibilities

• Lead workstreams from planning through execution and closure.
• Track deliverables and project status against objectives.
• Run client workshops and manage end-to-end OTC implementations.
• Design and implement SAP OTC with integration to Finance and SCM modules.
