Job summary

EY is seeking a Manager in Technology Analysis to lead SAP OTC programs across order-to-cash, pricing, ATP, delivery, and billing, collaborating with business stakeholders and technical teams to design and deliver end-to-end solutions.

You will manage workstreams, mentor professionals, run workshops, gather requirements, and ensure quality delivery while aligning with cross-functional modules such as Finance and Supply Chain in a fast-paced client environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (4-year) required.
• 4-6 years experience in SAP Order-to-Cash (OTC) with hands-on config & design.
• Experience leading SAP workstreams or small project teams through full lifecycle.
• Strong functional knowledge of SAP S/4HANA OTC: order management, pricing, ATP, delivery, billing.
• Experience facilitating client workshops and translating requirements into scalable SAP solutions.
• Ability to manage deliverables, milestones, and communicate status, risks, dependencies.

Responsibilities

• Lead workstream delivery and ensure effective management of processes and solutions.
• Track deliverables and project status, ensuring alignment with objectives.
• Lead client workshops and oversee planning, execution, and closure of workstreams.
• Design and implement SAP S/4HANA OTC capabilities supporting OTC, including ordering, pricing, ATP, delivery, billing.
• Manage and mentor teams, develop staff and practice management.
• Run workshops, gather requirements, design end-to-end OTC processes, coordinate with Supply Chain and Finance.
• Demonstrate strong technical capabilities and business acumen.
• Deliver quality SAP projects, applying leading-practice processes for OTC.
• Maintain client relationships and communicate progress, risks, and outcomes.
• Collaborate with architects, functional specialists, and developers throughout delivery.
