Job summary

Job Juncture is seeking a Senior Master Production Scheduler in Stuarts Draft, VA. The role translates IBP plans into detailed S/4HANA schedules, optimizes PP/DS, and ensures data integrity. You will mentor junior schedulers and liaise with IT and CoE to drive system improvements.

Requires 8+ years in production planning, 5+ years SAP experience (S/4HANA PP/DS), and strong collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in SCM or related field and strong production planning experience.
8+ years in production planning and scheduling in manufacturing.
5+ years hands-on SAP experience focusing on S/4HANA PP/DS and IBP integration.
Demonstrated Super User/technical expert capability in SAP planning modules.

Responsibilities

Translate IBP aggregate plans into detailed, executable production schedules in S/4HANA.
Utilize PP/DS for finite capacity scheduling and sequencing optimization.
Monitor and resolve planning exceptions, material shortages, and capacity conflicts.
Collaborate with Manufacturing, Quality, Maintenance, and Production Coordinators.
Provide system training, mentoring, and continuous improvement of planning processes.
