Job summary

Aspire Talent Solutions is seeking a Senior Master Production Scheduler to lead detailed production planning using S/4HANA PP/DS and IBP, translating IBP plans into executable schedules.

The role acts as system super user, maintains master data, and collaborates with CoE and IT to optimize planning performance while mentoring junior schedulers. A strong manufacturing background and SAP experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or related field.
• 8+ years of production planning and scheduling experience in a manufacturing environment.
• 5+ years of hands-on SAP experience. S/4HANA.
• Demonstrated experience as a Super User or system expert in SAP planning modules.
• Experience with IBP integration and understanding of aggregate-to-detailed planning flow.

Responsibilities

• Translate IBP aggregate plans into detailed, feasible production schedules in S/4HANA, considering capacity constraints, material availability, production wheels, and priorities.
• Utilize PP/DS for finite capacity scheduling, sequencing optimization, and constraint-based planning.
• Monitor and resolve planning exceptions, material shortages, and capacity conflicts in ERP systems.
• Work with Manufacturing, Quality, Maintenance, and Production Coordinators to ensure executable schedules.
• Balance service levels, inventory targets, and production efficiency to optimize schedules.
• Liaise with Network Planners and Raw Materials Planners to ensure plan execution.
