Job summary

You will mentor junior schedulers, collaborate with IT and CoE, and drive continuous improvement in planning processes site-wide. This is a senior, high-responsibility role requiring deep SAP expertise and leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required or related field.
• 8+ years of production planning and scheduling experience in manufacturing.
• 5+ years hands-on SAP experience (S/4HANA, PP/DS, IBP).
• Demonstrated experience as a Super User or system expert in SAP planning modules.
• Experience with IBP integration and aggregate-to-detailed planning flow.

Responsibilities

• Translate IBP aggregate plans into detailed, feasible production schedules in S/4HANA.
• Utilize PP/DS for finite capacity scheduling and sequencing optimization.
• Monitor and resolve planning exceptions, material shortages, and capacity conflicts.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing, Quality, Maintenance and Production Coordinators to ensure executable schedules.
• Balance service levels, inventory targets and production efficiency to optimize schedules.
• Liaise with Network Planners and Raw Materials Planners to ensure seamless plan execution.
