Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering or related field.
• 8+ years of production planning and scheduling experience.
• 5+ years of hands-on SAP experience with S/4HANA PP/DS and IBP.
• Demonstrated experience as a Super User or system expert in SAP planning modules.

Responsibilities

• Translate IBP aggregate plans into detailed, feasible schedules in S/4HANA.
• Utilize PP/DS for finite capacity scheduling and optimization.
• Monitor planning exceptions, materials, and capacity conflicts.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing, Quality, Maintenance, and Coordinators.
• Balance service levels, inventory targets, and production efficiency.
• Act as System Super User, mentor schedulers, and train CoE teams.
• Maintain master data: BOMs, PIRs, routings, shift patterns, capacity models.
