Job summary

Roche Indianapolis seeks a Business Process Expert to analyze, stabilize, and continuously improve business processes and related systems within Digital Operations in the Near Patient Care environment. You will bridge Business and IT, address functional topics, and contribute to testing, training, documentation, and standardization to ensure reliable day-to-day operations.

You will bring practical SAP and manufacturing process knowledge to support incidents, implement standardized improvements,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, IT, or related healthcare field.
• 8 years of functionally relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
• 4+ years of hands-on SAP ECC 6.0 production support experience, especially in MM, PP, and PP-PI.
• Strong communication and collaboration with Business and IT stakeholders to translate technical issues into business language.

Responsibilities

• Provide and coordinate solution-specific support within business processes for assigned business and logistics systems.
• Analyze incidents, service requests, and user issues and drive timely resolution with IT and business teams.
• Support SAP ECC 6.0 production processes across MM, PP, and PP-PI including master data and production orders.
• Develop and maintain training materials, documentation, and best practices to improve system utilization and compliance.
