Job summary

Roche Indianapolis, Indiana seeks a Business Process Expert to analyze, stabilize, and continuously improve SAP-based processes within Digital Operations in Near Patient Care. You will bridge Business and IT, support incident resolution, testing, training, and documentation to enable stable operations.

With hands-on SAP ECC 6.0 production support experience in MM/PP/PP-PI and manufacturing process knowledge, you will help implement standardized improvements, maintain process data, and contribute

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in relevant field; 8 years of experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
• 4+ years of relevant professional work experience.
• Hands-on SAP production support experience with ECC 6.0 in MM/PP/PP-PI.
• Strong ability to translate business requirements into process and system changes.

Responsibilities

• Provide and coordinate SAP ECC 6.0 production support for MM/PP/PP-PI processes.
• Analyze incidents, support users, document findings, and ensure stable daily operations.
• Support testing, minor changes, and traceable documentation of changes.
• Analyze process data to identify problems and propose improvements focused on safety, productivity, quality, and cost reduction.
• Develop and maintain standards and documentation for supported systems and processes.
• Create, maintain, and deliver training materials and end-user guides.
