Job summary

Ecovyst is seeking a highly experienced Maintenance Planner for Ecoservices in Hammond, IN. You will manage the full maintenance work order lifecycle in SAP, coordinating between Operations, Maintenance, and Engineering to improve equipment reliability and efficiency.

The ideal candidate has 15+ years in maintenance planning, strong SAP PM skills, and proven ability to lead outages and turnarounds while maintaining cost controls and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Must have 15+ years of maintenance planning/coordination experience in chemical manufacturing or related industries.
• Proficiency with SAP PM, including work order lifecycle, scheduling, and cost tracking.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage complete maintenance work order lifecycle in SAP from notification to closure.
• Prioritize and maintain the site's mechanical and electrical/instrumentation backlog based on safety and production impact.
• Develop detailed maintenance plans with labor, materials, and safety requirements.
