Job summary

Innovatech Staffing is seeking an experienced SAP IS-U Retail Access Management Analyst for a remote role with 25% travel to NY or Portland, ME or Orange, CT. You will apply 7+ years of SAP experience to optimize customer service processes and regulatory compliance.

You will act as SME for Retail Access, document requirements, liaise with technical teams, and support process analysis, testing, and implementation of improvements.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of SAP experience with IS-U focus.
• Provide strategic research, analysis, and recommendations for Customer Service processes and performance.
• Document business requirements and ensure compliance with regulatory and internal control requirements.

Responsibilities

• Serve as SME for Retail Access processes including supplier transactions, enrollment, change activities, market requirements, and regulatory support.
• Act as liaison between business and technical teams to translate business needs into technical requirements.
• Support business process analysis, workflow optimization, testing, validation, and implementation of operational improvements.
