Job summary

EY seeks an SAP IS-U Customer Service Senior Consultant to design, configure, test, and implement customer-facing SAP IS-U solutions across the meter-to-cash lifecycle. You will translate utility requirements into effective functional designs and work with business stakeholders and technical teams.

You will gather requirements for customer and account maintenance, service requests, move-ins/outs, and related processes, while ensuring alignment with Billing, FI-CA, and other integrations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in a relevant field.
• SAP IS-U Customer Service experience, 3–4 years minimum.
• Experience delivering functional specs, configuration or solution design, testing, and production support in a utility environment.
• Experience with SAP IS-U customer, business partner, contract account, utility contract, premise, service connection, and customer-service processes.

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze requirements for customer and account maintenance, service requests, move-in/move-out, transfers, and related processes.
• Support functional design and configuration of SAP IS-U Customer Service solutions.
• Design and support service-requests, notifications, and customer-contact processes integrated with SAP IS-U.
• Translate service-operation requirements into SAP IS-U functional designs and workflows.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across Billing, FI-CA, Device Management and other systems.
• Prepare functional designs, configuration docs, test scenarios, data mappings, and project deliverables.
• Assist with unit and integration testing, UAT, and defect resolution.
