Job summary

EY is seeking an SAP IS-U Billing Senior Consultant to design, configure, test, and implement SAP IS-U Billing and Invoicing solutions for utilities clients. You will translate billing requirements into functional designs and collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure accurate customer bills across the meter-to-cash lifecycle.

The role involves traveling 40-60% to meet client needs, delivering end-to-end billing solutions and supporting testing, cutovers, and go-live

Qualifications

Strong SAP IS-U Billing and Invoicing knowledge.
Experience delivering functional requirements, configuration or solution design in utilities.
Experience with bill print, e-billing, and related customer communications.

Responsibilities

Gather and analyze billing requirements for electric, gas, and water utilities across various service territories.
Configure billing schemas, rates, master data, and invoicing processes in SAP IS-U.
Support periodic and non-periodic billing, rebilling, reversals, and bill simulations.
Coordinate end-to-end impacts with Device Management, Energy Data Management, FI-CA, and other streams.
Prepare functional designs, configuration docs, test scenarios, and user acceptance plans.
Execute unit and integration testing and support production stabilization.
