Job summary

EY is seeking a seasoned SAP IS-Oil Solution Architect to lead SDM and RFNO implementations across global client engagements. You will translate business requirements into technical specifications and drive end-to-end delivery, including UAT and rollout support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• System configuration experience.
• Proficiency in system development lifecycle.
• Knowledge of technology business architecture frameworks.
• 12+ years of experience with SAP IS-Oil.
• Deep functional expertise in SDM and RFNO.
• At least two end-to-end implementations involving SDM and RFNO as a Functional Lead or Solution Architect.
• Strong experience gathering business requirements and converting them into functional specs.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven track record as Solution Architect or Program Lead for multiple end-to-end implementations.
• End-to-end implementation: exposure to at least one full cycle implementation.
• Travel 40-60% to meet client needs.

Responsibilities

• Own workstream delivery and assist in managing processes and solutions.
• Track deliverable completion and project status, ensuring alignment with performance objectives.
• Own client relationships and lead multiple workstreams across regions.
• Shape strategic direction for SAP IS-Oil implementations and digital transformation initiatives.
• Assist in budget oversight and resource planning.
• Lead client sessions, guiding workstreams from planning through execution and closure.
• Engage with key business users to gather and define detailed functional requirements.
• Support functional design and solutioning for IS-Oil SDM and RFNO modules.
• Collaborate with technical teams to align functions with implementation.
• Lead UAT activities and support go-live rollout.
