Job summary

EY is seeking a senior SAP IS-Oil Solutions Architect/Program Lead to guide SAP IS-Oil implementations and digital transformation for global clients. You will own workstreams, manage budgets, and collaborate with business users and technical teams across regions.

With 12+ years in SAP IS-Oil, you will lead end-to-end SDM and RFNO projects, translate business needs into functional designs, and drive UAT and rollout activities while traveling 40-60% as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (4-year)
• System configuration experience
• Proficiency in system development lifecycle
• Knowledge of technology business architecture frameworks
• 12+ years of SAP IS-Oil experience
• Deep SDM and RFNO expertise
• At least two end-to-end SDM/RFNO implementations as Lead or Architect
• Strong requirements gathering and translation to functional specs
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management
• Proven leadership in multiple end-to-end implementations
• Willingness to travel 40-60%

Responsibilities

• Own workstream delivery and manage processes and solutions.
• Track deliverables and project status.
• Own client relationships and lead multiple workstreams across regions.
• Shape strategy for SAP IS-Oil implementations and digital transformation.
• Oversee budget and resource planning.
• Lead client sessions from planning through closure.
• Hands-on SDM, RFNO and related data tasks.
• Gather and define functional requirements with business users.
• Support functional design and solutioning for IS-Oil SDM/RFNO.
• Ensure alignment between functional and technical implementations.
• Support UAT and rollout activities.
