Job summary

EY is seeking a senior SAP IS-Oil Solution Architect to lead multiple end-to-end SAP IS-Oil implementations across regions. You will own workstreams, translate business requirements into functional specs, and shepherd SDM and RFNO modules from planning through rollout.

This role requires 12+ years with SAP IS-Oil, strong stakeholder management, and 40–60% travel. EY offers a hybrid model, consulting experience preferred, and a comprehensive Total Rewards package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required (4-year degree).
• 12+ years of experience with SAP IS-Oil.
• Deep functional expertise in SDM and RFNO.
• At least two end-to-end implementations involving SDM and RFNO as a Functional Lead or Solution Architect.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience gathering business requirements and converting them into functional specs.
• Willingness to travel 40-60%.

Responsibilities

• Own workstream delivery and manage processes and solutions across regions.
• Track deliverable completion and project status.
• Lead client relationships and multiple workstreams across regions.
• Shape SAP IS-Oil SDM and RFNO digital transformation initiatives.
• Oversee budgets and resource planning.
• Lead UAT and support rollout and go-live.
