EY is seeking a Senior SAP Integration Lead in the United States to drive complex SAP integrations and engagements. You will manage client relationships, lead delivery, and oversee budgets and resources across multiple workstreams.

The role requires deep expertise in SAP integration architectures, middleware, and APIs, with strong communication and leadership skills. A bachelor’s degree and 5–7 years of experience in S/4HANA implementations are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; master’s preferred.
• 5–7 years of experience in S/4HANA implementations, migrations, and integrations.
• Experience in consulting or professional services environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication, and client service skills.
• Experience managing SAP projects or workstreams and project teams.
• Hands-on experience with SAP integration tools and middleware.
• Knowledge of SAP modules such as S/4HANA, ECC, CRM, MM, SD, FICO, HCM.
• Travel 40–60% to meet client needs.

Responsibilities

• Lead engagement delivery and manage client relationships daily.
• Accountable for program/project management and engagement economics.
• Develop resource plans and budgets for the entire engagement.
