Job summary

HCL Technologies Limited is seeking a Senior Technical Specialist for SAP HR/Time Management with strong S/4HANA expertise. You will guide time-management configurations, design workflows, and ensure successful payroll validation and go-live readiness.

Required are hands-on skills with CATS/CATSDB, time-entry processes, and integration across EC/ECP, Payroll, and S/4HANA. Engage in SIT/UAT and cutover activities, delivering robust functional specifications and test documentation.

Qualifications

• Extensive SAP S/4HANA Time Management configuration and time-entry processes.
• Hands-on experience with CATS/CATSDB and labor-time allocation for costs.
• Experience integrating time processes with SuccessFactors EC/ECP, Payroll and SAP S/4HANA.
• Ability to prepare functional specifications, process designs, business process mappings and testing documentation.
• Support SIT, UAT, payroll validation, cutover and production go-live activities.

Responsibilities

• Strong experience in SAP S/4HANA Time Management configuration, including time-entry and workforce time processes.
• Hands-on expertise with SAP CATS/CATSDB and labor-time processing for financial and operational cost allocation.
• Experience integrating and validating time-related processes across SuccessFactors EC/ECP, Payroll, and SAP S/4HANA.
• Ability to prepare functional specifications, process designs, business process mappings, and testing documentation.
• Experience supporting SIT, UAT, payroll validation, cutover, and production go-live activities for SAP HR/Time Management solutions.
