Job summary

Infosys seeks a Senior SAP HR ABAP Developer to lead design, development, and deployment of SAP HR ABAP solutions. You will craft detailed designs, architectures, and deployment plans while supporting knowledge transfer to deliver value-driven consulting solutions for clients globally.

The role requires strong ABAP expertise in HR, CATSDB, Time Management, and Payroll integration, with collaboration across HR teams to translate requirements into robust technical solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required; may substitute 3 years of progressive experience for education
• At least 4 years of IT experience
• US work authorization without visa sponsorship
• Role may require travel to Project/client locations

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and support SAP HR ABAP solutions for Time Management, Time & Labor, and CATSDB modules
• Develop and enhance ABAP reports, interfaces, user exits, BAdIs, and enhancements
• Build and maintain interfaces for Time & Labor data using IDocs, BAPIs, RFCs, and file-based integrations
• Collaborate with HR teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions and ensure data accuracy
