Job summary

RPM SPG is seeking a Sr. Business Systems Analyst - HR to provide total SAP application support for HR and related business areas. Responsibilities include module implementations, training, and report development to improve processes across Tremco North American operations, with potential global scope.

The role emphasizes liaison between business users and vendors, participation in user groups, and ensuring solutions meet requirements through testing, documentation, and training.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of leadership experience (manager, supervisor, group lead)
• 5+ years' experience in a HR function
• 8-12 months SAP S/4 HANA implementation experience
• 3+ years SAP Super User in related discipline
• Strong customer service skills and orientation
• High degree of flexibility in interface with customers / constituents
• 2 years' experience in project management skills
• Ability to distinguish, learn and accept differences in business and end-user requirements
• Ability to learn and expand technical knowledge and interpersonal skills
• Highly organized with effective and cycle time sensitive time management and project management skills
• Read, write and communicate fluently in English

Responsibilities

• Provides 2nd and 3rd level help desk support.
• Trains and assists users in the use of SAP business application software.
• Prepares training materials, schedules and conducts application system training as needed.
• Performs cost vs. benefit analysis to determine rationale for development and enhancements.
• Acts as liaison between business users, software vendors, and the broader user community.
• Participates in user groups to manage issues, evaluate enhancement opportunities, exchange best practices.
• Performs systems analysis, design, configuration, and tasks related to enhancements, interfaces, data conversion and reports.
• Elicits, analyzes and documents business requirements and prepares functional specs for system enhancements.
• Works with technical resources to ensure solutions meet business requirements.
• Advises users on applicability of alternatives to meet requirements and designs.
• Designs and assists users in documenting business processes and training materials.
• Performs thorough testing and QA reviews of new/revised functions and reports.
• May act as team or group leader for HR-related projects.
