Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on SAP ABAP development experience (required core skillset).
• Strong ABAP proficiency, including OOP ABAP, BAPIs/RFCs, IDocs, user exits/enhancement framework, Smart Forms/SAPscript, and custom report/interface development.
• Experience developing and supporting custom objects within an SAP Payroll landscape.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and enhance ABAP programs, reports, interfaces, conversions, enhancements, and forms for SAP Payroll.
• Translate business requirements into detailed technical designs and specifications.
• Collaborate with SAP HCM/Payroll consultants and client teams for technical recommendations.
• Prepare programming specifications, design documents, and coding logic flows for modifications.
• Debug, tune performance, and troubleshoot ABAP code and payroll objects.
• Contribute to budgeting, staffing, forecasting, and work planning.
• Manage a team, mentor, and train junior developers.
