• Significant hands-on experience in SAP ABAP development with strong SAP HCM expertise.

• Knowledge of Pension Payroll processes and reporting.

Responsabilités

• Serve as technical architect for SAP HCM and provide hands-on ABAP development support.
• Design, develop, enhance, and maintain ABAP programs for HR, Payroll, Pension Payroll and reporting.
• Troubleshoot payroll processing, pension calculations, and data integration issues.
• Collaborate with functional consultants and business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Maintain technical documentation and system architecture, communicating updates clearly.
