Hyundai AutoEver America is seeking a Sr. Business Systems Analyst to lead SAP HCM Payroll and Time Management initiatives in a global HR technology setting.

You will design, configure, and optimize SAP HR and SuccessFactors across HR processes, partnering with HR, IT, and Korea HQ to ensure scalable, compliant solutions. The role prioritizes seamless integration, reliability, and continuous improvement of HR systems, with a strong focus on employee experience and global standards.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in HRIS or IT app environments with deep SAP HCM/SuccessFactors expertise.
• Ability to clearly communicate complex technical concepts to business partners and leadership.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills translating requirements into solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, test, and implement SAP HR and SuccessFactors solutions aligned with end‑to‑end HR processes.
• Provide SME guidance on SAP HCM modules and cloud solutions, ensuring best practices and optimization.
• Deliver advanced application support and drive ongoing enhancements for SAP ECC HCM and SaaS platforms like SuccessFactors.
