Job summary

Hyundai AutoEver America is seeking a Business Systems Analyst II focused on SAP HCM and US Payroll for our Savannah, GA site. The role partners with HR, IT, and external teams to ensure accurate payroll, compliant workforce management, and ongoing system improvements.

You will gather requirements, design solutions, and drive SAP best practices across a global organization while supporting operations in a manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 7–8 years of hands-on SAP HCM experience.
• 7 years of ERP project execution and project management experience.
• Strong SAP HCM, US Payroll, and Time Management expertise.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the support, maintenance, and enhancement of SAP HCM solutions including US Payroll and Time Management.
• Manage payroll and time management processes with data validation and bi-weekly payroll support.
• Analyze business requirements, conduct fit-gap assessments, and translate needs into functional specs and SAP solutions.
• Coordinate incident management, troubleshooting, defect resolution, and testing activities.
• Collaborate with Korea Headquarters, HR leadership, IT teams, and external partners to implement HCM enhancements.
