Hyundai AutoEver America is seeking a Business Systems Analyst II to lead SAP HCM and Payroll initiatives in a Savannah, GA environment. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field (CS/IS/Analytics/Engineering, etc.).
• 7–8 years hands-on SAP HCM experience, including configuration, development, and support.
• 7 years ERP project execution and project management for complex solutions.
• Strong SAP HCM, SAP US Payroll, and Time Management expertise.
• Experience in manufacturing environments with repetitive and discrete processes.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management across global, matrixed teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the support, maintenance, and enhancement of SAP HCM including US Payroll and Time Management to ensure reliability.
• Validate employee data, support bi-weekly payroll activities, and ensure timely payroll outcomes.
• Analyze requirements, conduct fit‑gap analyses, and translate needs into SAP‑compliant solutions.
• Coordinate incident management, defect resolution, testing, and user acceptance support.
• Collaborate with Korea Headquarters, HR leadership, IT, and external partners on HCM enhancements.
• Develop functional docs, process designs, testing plans, and project estimates for governance.
