Job summary

Hyundai AutoEver America seeks a Senior SAP HCM Business Systems Analyst to lead design, configuration, and optimization of SAP HCM, US Payroll, and Time Management processes in a manufacturing setting.

Based in Savannah/Ellabell, GA, this on-site role partners with HR and IT teams, coordinates with Korea HQ, and drives standardization, data integrity, and continuous improvement across global SAP solutions.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field.
7+ years of hands-on SAP HCM experience, including configuration and support.
7+ years of ERP project execution and project management.
Strong SAP HCM, US Payroll, and Time Management expertise.
Experience supporting operations in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

Lead the support, maintenance, and continuous enhancement of SAP HCM solutions, including SAP US Payroll and Time Management.
Validate employee data and support bi-weekly payroll activities.
Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications and SAP solutions.
Coordinate incident management, testing, and user acceptance support to maintain system performance.
Collaborate with Korea HQ, HR leadership, IT teams, and partners to implement HCM enhancements.
