Job summary

Hyundai AutoEver America is seeking a Sr. Business Systems Analyst specializing in SAP HCM Payroll/Time Management.

You will lead design, configuration, testing, and implementation of SAP HR and SuccessFactors solutions, partnering with HR, IT, and Korea HQ to drive global HR technology standards. Ideal candidates have 7+ years in HRIS or IT apps with deep SAP HCM/SuccessFactors expertise, strong communication, and global collaboration skills; SAP certifications are preferred.

Qualifications

7+ years of experience in HRIS or IT application environments with SAP HCM and/or SuccessFactors
Ability to clearly communicate and champion complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills translating requirements into solutions
Excellent verbal and written communication with global teams
Experience managing multiple priorities in a global matrixed environment
Customer service mindset with stakeholder management and negotiation skills

Responsibilities

Lead design, configuration, testing, and implementation of SAP HR and SuccessFactors solutions
Serve as SME for SAP HCM modules and cloud solutions with best practices
Provide advanced application support and continuous improvement for SAP ECC HCM and SaaS platforms
Analyze HR needs and translate into system requirements and configurations
Collaborate with Korea HQ and external vendors to align with global HR technology strategy
