Job summary

LingaTech, LLC seeks a Senior SAP HCM Functional Specialist to lead development, configuration, and support of core HCM systems. You will independently manage projects, oversee SAP and SuccessFactors initiatives, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver robust solutions for personnel and payroll administration.

Qualifications

• 8+ years delivering SAP HCM services on multiple projects
• 5+ years SAP HCM functional experience (ECC 6.0) in a lead/functional role
• Experience designing business processes for HCM implementations
• At least one hands-on SAP HCM implementation project as functional/technical lead
• Two or more prior support/enhancements projects as lead
• 2–3 years as a Business Analyst
• Experience coding/configuring SAP HCM: infotypes, wage types, FI postings, interfaces
• Experience presenting to senior leadership and stakeholders
• Familiarity with ITIL/ITSM
• ServiceNow experience across ITSM/Idea/Project/Demand modules
• Proficiency with MS 365 tools and ADO Testing Module
• Bachelor's degree in Business Management or Information Systems

Responsibilities

You will independently manage projects, oversee SAP and SuccessFactors initiatives, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver robust technical solutions. This role is essential for driving our personnel administration, benefits administration, payroll, and interface workflows to success.

Active Job Duties

• Coordinate and lead the technical and functional development, configuration, and support for SAP Personnel Administration, Benefits Administration (including setting up new plans and running programs like HRBEN0052), Payroll, and Interfaces.

• Lead SuccessFactors project initiatives (covering EC mini master, Compensation, Performance, and LMS modules) to successful delivery in a leadership capacity without requiring hands-on configuration.

• Manage assigned request items, tasks, and projects in a self-directed and semi-independent manner, documenting details and user stories within Azure DevOps (ADO).

• Collaborate with ABAP developers and third-party vendors to design, maintain, and test system interfaces, wage types, financial postings, and data loads.

• Execute and coordinate Unit, System Integration, User Acceptance, and other specialized testing following IT Quality Management standards.

• Document project progress, demonstrate changes (Showbacks) to stakeholders, and collaborate with system administration teams to push updates into production.

• Provide comprehensive documentation, knowledge transfer, troubleshooting guidance, and ongoing support to application support teams.

• Build and maintain productive working relationships with technology staff, business owners, project sponsors, and vendors.

Job Requirements

• 8+ years of expertise in delivering services via SAP HCM for projects of various sizes and subject matters.

• 5+ years of SAP HCM in SAP ECC 6.0 functional experience as a Functional or Product Specialist.

• 5+ years of experience delivering SAP HCM services as described within this role, including designing business processes for HCM implementations.

• At least one hands-on SAP HCM implementation project completed in a functional or technical lead capacity.

• At least two prior support and enhancements projects completed as a functional or technical lead.

• 2–3 years of experience working in a Business Analyst capacity.

• Demonstrated experience coding and configuring SAP HCM, including infotypes, wage types, FI and third-party postings, and interface design/debugging.

• Experience working with and presenting to senior leadership and stakeholders.

• Familiarity with ITIL and ITSM practices and methodologies.

• ServiceNow experience spanning the ITSM, Idea, Project, and Demand modules.

• Proficiency in the Microsoft Office 365 suite (Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and the Microsoft ADO Testing Module.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management or Information Systems.

Preferred

• Experience with SAP SuccessFactors modules including EC mini master, Compensation, Performance, and Learning Management Systems (LMS).

• Prior experience successfully leading SuccessFactors project implementations and rollouts.
