Job summary

Transcend Softech LLC is seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors functional consultant to translate business requirements into scalable SuccessFactors solutions. You will partner with HR and stakeholders to design, configure, and maintain SAP SuccessFactors modules while collaborating with technical teams and vendors.

The role emphasizes data migration, integration, testing, and production support in a large enterprise environment.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and/or Employee Central Payroll.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA and integration between SAP and SuccessFactors.
• Experience with SuccessFactors APIs, Integration Center, or SAP Integration Suite.
• Experience with data migration, employee data conversion, and data validation.
• Experience in a large enterprise or regulated industry environment.
• Experience working in a project-based consulting environment.
• Experience with Agile or hybrid project delivery methodologies.
• SAP SuccessFactors certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with HR and business stakeholders to understand business processes, pain points, and system requirements.
• Analyze, document, and translate business requirements into SAP SuccessFactors functional solutions.
• Support the configuration, enhancement, and maintenance of SAP SuccessFactors modules.
• Work closely with technical teams, integration developers, and other SAP resources to ensure end-to-end solution alignment.
• Evaluate existing processes and identify opportunities for automation, standardization, and process improvement.
• Develop functional specifications and provide detailed requirements to technical development teams.
• Participate in solution design, configuration, testing, defect resolution, and deployment activities.
• Create and execute test scenarios, test scripts, and validation plans for SuccessFactors enhancements and implementations.
• Support integration testing between SuccessFactors and other enterprise applications.
• Assist with data conversion, data validation, and data quality activities.
• Troubleshoot functional issues and coordinate resolution with technical teams and vendors.
• Support production issues and provide ongoing application support following implementations and releases.
• Participate in SAP SuccessFactors release reviews and assess the impact of new functionality on business processes.
• Develop and maintain functional documentation, process flows, configuration documentation, and user procedures.
• Support reporting and analytics requirements within SuccessFactors.
• Assist with user acceptance testing and stakeholder training as needed.
• Coordinate with project managers and other functional leads to manage deliverables, dependencies, risks, and timelines.
• Ensure solutions align with established enterprise architecture, security, data governance, and application standards.
