Job summary

RTX Enterprise Services is hiring a Principal Specialist, Business Systems and Transformation – SAP GTS for a remote role in the United States. The candidate will support SAP GTS v11, participate in the S4/HANA transformation, and work with cross-functional teams to deliver compliant GTS solutions.

5+ years in GTS/SAP and 3+ years in Compliance are expected, with US citizenship required. The role requires collaboration with business owners, adherence to RTX’s Agile Release Train, and ongoing

Qualifications

Minimum 5+ years’ experience in GTS or SAP processes with a STEM degree or equivalent.
3+ years’ experience with SAP GTS Compliance and Customs Management functionality.
2+ years’ experience with Exports/Imports and Self- filing/Broker-filing.

Responsibilities

Support current SAP GTS v11 and participate in future GTS E4H design, blueprint, build, test, and sustain.
Participate in AGILE Release Train and backlog grooming sessions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement GTS solutions aligned with RTX standards.
Provide guidance for Compliance and Customs Management related enhancements.
