RTX Enterprise Services is seeking a Principal Specialist, Business Systems and Transformation – SAP GTS, to lead and shape the GTS landscape within the OneRTX transformation. This role supports current SAP GTS, designs future E4H solutions, and collaborates with cross‑functional teams to deliver compliant, scalable processes across the enterprise.

The position is remote within the United States and may require coordination with global stakeholders.

Qualifications

5+ years’ experience in GTS or SAP processes.
3+ years’ experience with SAP GTS Compliance and Customs Management.
3+ years’ experience with Jurisdiction and Classification applications.
2+ years’ experience with Restricted Party Screening tools.
2+ years’ experience with Exports and Imports for Self-filing and Broker-filing.
Basic knowledge of US Customs and Intrastat filing and related capabilities.

Responsibilities

Support for current SAP GTS v11 and participate in future GTS E4H solution design, blueprint, build, test, and sustain.
Support GTS via the Scaled Agile Framework via a dedicated Agile Release Train
Participate in detailed design sessions with business owners for backlog grooming and requirements refinement.
Collaborate with GTS/ECC technical and functional teams supporting configuration and development of system capabilities.
Support creation and execution of test scenarios and scripts with business owners and testers to ensure functionality and defect resolution.
Provide hyper care and sustainment support during migrations and changes.
