RTX is seeking a Principal Specialist, Business Systems and Transformation—SAP GTS to lead current GTS support and drive the S4/HANA transformation under the OneRTX vision. You will influence the GTS environment, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and shape governance for compliance and customs processes.

The role is remote for a U.S.-based candidate, with a strong focus on design, testing, migrations, and stakeholder communication. A STEM background and 5+ years in GTS are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years’ experience in GTS or SAP processes and a STEM bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• 3+ years’ experience with SAP GTS Compliance and Customs Management.
• 3+ years’ experience with Jurisdiction and Classification applications.
• 2+ years’ experience with Restricted Party Screening tools.
• 2+ years’ experience with Exports/Imports for self- filing and broker-filing.
• Basic knowledge of US Customs and Intrastat filing and related capabilities.

Responsabilités

• Support SAP GTS v11 and participate in future GTS E4H design, blueprint, build, test, and sustain.
• Support GTS via the Scaled Agile Framework with an Agile Release Train.
• Participate in detailed design sessions with business owners for backlog grooming and requirements refinement.
• Collaborate with GTS and ECC technical and functional teams on configuration and development of system capabilities.
• Create and execute test scenarios and scripts with owners and testers to ensure proper functionality.
• Support successful migration of changes with hyper care and sustainment.
• Collaborate with business and digital teams to understand requirements.
• Design and implement solutions leveraging GTS aligned with RTX practices.
• Provide technical guidance for enhancements related to Compliance and Customs Management processes.
• Create and implement management changes associated with business process redesign.
• Maintain active communication with stakeholders to manage expectations regarding system changes.
• Manage multiple priorities and drive through successful completion.
