EY is seeking a Senior Manager in SAP Financial Services to lead program delivery and practice development. The role requires guiding complex, cross-functional programs with 10–20 onsite and 30+ offshore resources, and driving client engagements through a seasoned sales and delivery mindset.

The ideal candidate brings deep SAP transformation knowledge, strong communication skills, and a track record of developing teams while delivering end-to-end SAP deployments in financial services.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of work experience in relevant consulting or financial services roles.
• 8+ years in system implementation including full SDLC delivery.
• Experience leading programs of 10-20 onsite resources and 30+ offshore/global delivery.

• Lead program sales and delivery across multiple client projects.
• Develop consulting staff and strengthen delivery capabilities.
