EY's Financial Services (FSO) practice is seeking a Senior Manager with deep SAP experience to drive end-to-end delivery and contribute to practice development. You will lead multi-disciplinary teams across on-site and offshore locations, shaping programs from business case to realisation, while advancing client relationships and revenue growth.

Ideal candidates bring 10+ years in delivery, a track record in SAP transformations, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of work experience in delivery and program leadership.
• 8+ years in system implementation and full lifecycle delivery.
• Experience leading cross-functional programs on multi-site teams (onsite/offshore).
• Proven sales and managed revenue experience in professional services.
• Deep understanding of SAP-based transformation and S/4HANA capabilities.
• Experience guiding programs from business case to delivery infrastructure.
