Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior Manager in SAP Financial Services to lead across program delivery and practice development. The role focuses on managing multi-resource cross-functional programs, and guiding staff through development, while maintaining client-focused outcomes and robust governance.

The candidate should demonstrate deep SAP transformation experience, strong communication, and a track record in sales/delivery of managed revenue within professional services, with readiness to travel 25-30%

Qualifications

10+ years of work experience with 8+ years in system implementation execution including full SDLC delivery.
Experience leading cross-functional programs onsite and offshore (10-20 resources onsite; 30+ offshore).
Proven track record of sales and delivery of managed revenue in professional services.
Deep understanding of SAP-based transformation and drivers for efficiency leveraging core S/4 capabilities.
Experience leading teams through initial program phases including business case development and infrastructure stand-up.
Understanding AI-based delivery capabilities and methodologies.
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience at a financial services company or similar.
Exceptional written and verbal communication, presentation, client service and technical writing skills.
Strong focus on developing staff through mentoring and coaching.
Undergraduate/Graduate degree in computer science, engineering, accounting, finance or related field.
Prior consulting industry experience.
Experience with at least one full cycle implementation of core module.
Willing to work in EY offices 2-3 days per week and travel 25-30%.
