Booking Holdings, a leader in online travel services, seeks a Sr. Manager in Global Business Services to drive finance transformation and governance. You will lead migration initiatives from Oracle to SAP, optimize financial processes, and coordinate with global partners to deliver measurable business value.

You will design and test FICO requirements in S4, engage stakeholders, and translate data into executive-level insights while ensuring consistency across finance systems globally.

Competenze

• In-depth knowledge of SAP S4/HANA GL and the differences versus ECC.
• SAP FICO Module certification is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills at all organizational levels, tailored to the audience.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, rapidly growing organization.
• Proven record of executing ERP projects following industry best practices.

• Collaborate with business partners to identify needs and deliver solutions, including migration from Oracle to SAP.
• Provide insight into how financial systems impact RTR processes to improve adoption and oversight.
• Apply strong knowledge of FICO to design, develop, test and understand business requirements for S4 functions.
• Serve as primary engagement point with business partners on requirements definitions.
• Summarize and translate data into executive-level analysis and presentations.
• Ensure S4 instances stay in sync across functionality and integration touchpoints.
