Job summary

Nobl Q, Inc. seeks an experienced SAP FICO Consultant to support finance transformation initiatives in a S/4HANA environment.

You will work closely with business stakeholders to deliver SAP solutions across FI/CO modules including GL, AP, AR, AA, and Bank Accounting. Responsibilities include gathering requirements, configuring FI/CO, supporting Universal Journal, Asset Accounting, and financial closing, plus testing, training, data migration, upgrades, and rollout activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, IT, or related field.
• 6+ years of SAP FICO experience with at least 1–2 full-cycle S/4HANA implementations.
• Strong configuration knowledge in FI and CO modules.
• Experience with S/4HANA Finance (Universal Journal, FSCM, Credit Management, etc.).
• Understanding of integration with MM, SD, PP, and other SAP modules.
• Knowledge of data migration tools and Fiori applications is a plus.
• SAP FICO or S/4HANA certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform system testing (Unit Testing, Integration Testing, UAT) and provide user training.
• Collaborate with technical teams for RICEFW developments and integrations.
• Provide production support and resolve functional issues.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal controls.
• Participate in data migration, system upgrades, and rollout activities.

The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO) modules, hands-on configuration experience, and the ability to work closely with business stakeholders to deliver effective SAP solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and support SAP FICO implementations and enhancements in S/4HANA environment.

Gather business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
