Job summary

Role

Financial System Business, Sr. Manager within the Global Business Services organization. This position reports to the Sr. Director, Enterprise Financial Systems and will drive finance transformation initiatives, improve governance and support the global finance organization.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business partners to identify future business needs, prioritize initiatives, and deliver solutions, including the migration from Oracle to SAP.
• Provide insight into how financial systems impact RTR business processes to advance user adoption, improve customer satisfaction and simplify financial oversight.
• Apply strong knowledge of the FICO system to design, develop, test and understand business requirements for S4 functions, including integration with downstream and upstream applications.
• Serve as the primary point of engagement with business partners on requirements definitions.
• Perform detailed analysis of complex business process requirements and recommend appropriate system solutions.
• Leverage key strategic commercial platforms to deliver global business outcomes.
• Support enterprise systems and business processes in Finance and Accounting across multiple time zones and locations.
• Collaborate with global business counterparts to ensure successful implementation of projects while meeting target service levels on system change requests.
• Optimize organizational focus on core capabilities and partner to provide high‑value services.
• Define and drive strategy, implement automation, improve user satisfaction and operational efficiencies to achieve measurable business value.
• Understand the end‑to‑end processes and systems within the Finance functional area and integration touchpoints with all modules.
• Navigate through ambiguity and drive consensus among cross‑functional global stakeholder groups.
• Demonstrate clear communication skills, including status reporting to a broad audience and following escalation channels as needed.
• Act as the primary RTR Finance liaison with SAP development, configuration, and QA teams for IT testing of approved designs.
• Summarize and translate data into executive‑level analysis and presentations.
• Ensure multiple instances of S4 remain in sync from both functionality and integration perspectives.

Compensation & Benefits

Base salary range for Connecticut and the NYC‑metro area is $148,500–$181,500. Eligible roles may also receive an annual bonus and equity grant.
