Capgemini in the United States (Houston area) is seeking an SAP FICO/CO & EAM Consultant to design, implement, and optimize SAP Finance, Controlling, and Enterprise Asset Management solutions. You will lead cross-functional collaboration with business and technical stakeholders to deliver end-to-end SAP capabilities and support S/4HANA finance deployments.

You will work on configuring GL, AP, AR, AA, Bank, and Tax, and integrate FICO with EAM/PM, MM, PS, and procurement.

Formación

• 7+ years of SAP FICO consulting experience with strong hands-on expertise in SAP Controlling (CO).
• Strong experience across General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, Bank Accounting, and Tax.
• Deep functional knowledge of Cost Center Accounting, Internal Orders, Profit Center Accounting, Product Costing, and CO-PA.
• Strong experience with SAP EAM/Plant Maintenance processes and their integration with FICO/CO.
• Proven experience with Asset Accounting, fixed asset management, asset capitalization, and maintenance cost management.
• Strong understanding of financial accounting principles, controlling processes, and end-to-end Finance processes.
• Experience with integration across FICO, PM/EAM, MM, PS, and Procurement.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA Finance implementations or support environments.
• Knowledge of SAP Fiori applications, financial reporting, and analytics.
• Experience in manufacturing, utilities, energy, oil & gas, facilities management, or other asset-intensive environments is preferred.
• Experience with SAP Group Reporting, Central Finance, SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), or SAP BTP is a plus.
• Experience supporting global SAP rollouts and Agile delivery environments is a plus.
• SAP S/4HANA Finance certification is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and design SAP FICO/CO solutions aligned with business objectives.
• Configure and support SAP Finance capabilities including GL, AP, AR, AA, Bank, and Tax.
• Configure and support SAP Controlling capabilities including CCA, Internal Orders, PCA, Product Costing, CO-PA.
• Lead integration between SAP FICO/CO and EAM/PM.
• Support asset lifecycle management, fixed asset accounting, asset capitalization, maintenance cost tracking.
• Design maintenance cost allocation, budgeting, settlement rules, and financial reporting.
• Collaborate across SAP PM/EAM, MM, PS, Procurement, and Asset Management functions.
• Support SAP S/4HANA implementations, enhancements, rollouts, migrations, upgrades, and production environments.
• Develop functional specifications for custom developments and coordinate requirements with technical teams.
• Lead and support system testing, UAT, defect resolution, deployment, and post-production activities.
• Perform root-cause analysis and identify opportunities for continuous process improvement.
• Develop functional documentation and training materials and provide knowledge transfer to business users and support teams.
