Job summary

EY seeks a Senior SAP Financial Services consultant to lead SAP FICO and S/4 HANA engagements within our FS practice in the United States. You will guide end-to-end delivery, architect solutions, and mentor junior practitioners across on-site and remote teams.

You’ll work in a hybrid EY model, collaborating with program leads and subject matter advisors to deliver on-time, on-budget client solutions while advancing digital transformation in Banking, Insurance, and Capital Markets.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of work experience with SAP implementations.
• Experience with full lifecycle delivery and coordinating onsite/offshore/global teams.
• Hands-on with SAP modules such as FICO, AP, AR, and Group Reporting/BPC.

Responsibilities

• Lead team in SAP Financial Services projects and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Architect solutions and blueprinting, testing, and documentation.
• Translate business needs into configurations and integrations with SAP and non-SAP systems.
• Mentor practitioners and collaborate with program leads and SMA.
