Job summary

Westernacher Consulting, a global SAP Gold Partner, seeks an experienced SAP FICO Consultant in the United States to design and deliver robust, scalable financial solutions. You will lead end-to-end SAP FI/CO design, S/4HANA integration, and cross-functional collaboration to drive transformation and business value.

Qualifications

• 8+ years SAP FICO experience with at least 3 full lifecycle implementations.
• FI: GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting; CO: CCA, PCA, COPA.
• S/4HANA Finance with Brownfield upgrades and migrations.
• Strong integration with MM, SD and other enterprise systems.
• Understanding of financial compliance, taxation, and controls.
• Experience in finance transformation and process optimization programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and implementation of SAP FICO solutions.
• Define end-to-end finance solution architecture in SAP S/4HANA.
• Translate business requirements into SAP solutions with stakeholders.
• Drive design of FI/CO processes including GL, AP, AR, AA, and Controlling.
• Ensure integration across SAP modules (MM, SD, and other systems).
• Guide finance process improvements, automation, and standardization.
• Support SAP S/4HANA upgrades, migrations, and Brownfield transformations.
• Oversee testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
• Ensure compliance with financial and regulatory requirements.
• Provide technical leadership to functional and development teams.
