Job summary

Chamberlain Group seeks a Senior Analyst to design, implement, and own SAP ECC (FI/CO) solutions and integrate Workday and Kronos within the Finance & HR value stream. You will partner with IT leadership and business stakeholders to deliver architecture-aligned changes from requirements to go-live and hypercare.

The role requires deep SAP FI/CO expertise, strong knowledge of finance processes (AP, AR, GL, COPA, Tax), and experience with platform migrations and cross-functional integrations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems or equivalent.
• Minimum 7 years' experience in enterprise applications / IT, including applications development or configuration.
• Minimum 5 years hands-on SAP FI/CO experience, including hands-on configuration.
• Deep experience with Finance business processes: AP, AR, GL, COPA, Tax, Asset Management, Product Costing, Treasury, and Financial Reporting.

Responsibilities

• Design, propose, and own solutions for SAP ECC (FI/CO) and integrated applications (Workday, Kronos).
• Lead major workstreams within critical and strategic initiatives from requirements through go-live and hypercare.
• Act as subject-matter expert for Finance & HR enterprise applications; contribute to standards and best practices.
• Translate business objectives into proposed system capabilities and roadmap.
