Job summary

MKS Instruments is seeking a Senior SAP FICO Analyst to lead global SAP FI/CO implementations and ongoing support. You will bridge business requirements with SAP system architecture and work to ensure compliant, timely financial reporting across multi-entity environments.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years of SAP FI/CO experience, strong communication skills, and willingness to work European time zones. Onsite in Andover, MA with relocation not offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or higher in Commerce/Finance with MBA or CA preferred.
• 5+ years of SAP FI/CO, Treasury, and tax experience.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills; able to work independently.
• Willing to work aligned to European time zones.

Responsibilities

• Lead SAP FICO design and rollout across global/regional projects.
• Configure SAP FI components: GL, AP, AR, Treasury, Tax, Audit.
• Configure SAP CO: cost center, profit center, internal orders, COPA, product costing.
• Support SAP PS cost flow and settlement processes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and IT for testing and training.
• Manage a large SAP FICO project to meet timelines and budgets.
• Integrate with third-party apps like VIM, Kofax, Coupa, HFM.
